Public Notice

The Cheriton Town Council will conduct a public hearing at its 7:00 PM meeting on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at the Cheriton Town Office, 21314 South Bayside Rd Cheriton, VA for the purpose of receiving comments from the public concerning the zoning change for E. Thornton Tayloe, Kate A. Tayloe, and Louise F. Tayloe to change the zoning on four (4) parcels (84C2-A-1, 84C2-A-44, 84C2-A-28, and 84C2-A-27) from Residential District (R-20) to Commercial General (CG) and one (1) parcel (84C2-A-2) from Residential District (R-20) to Residential Mixed (RM).
